By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Event Participation & Liability Release
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and voluntarily choose to participate in this event.
I understand that participation in Spa Collab or Esti Collab activities may involve certain inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses that may occur during or as a result of the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Spa Collab, Esti Collab, the event venue, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, volunteers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event, except where prohibited by applicable law.
If I have any medical condition that could affect my participation, I understand it is my responsibility to consult my physician before attending and to notify event organizers if appropriate.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Some attendees may receive complimentary admission through an approved promotional or 100% discount code.
Regardless of whether my registration is complimentary or paid, I understand that a valid credit card is required to reserve my seat. If I cancel less than 10 days before the event or fail to attend, I authorize Spa Collab and Esti Collab to charge the payment method provided during registration a $75 cancellation or no-show fee.
I understand this policy is necessary because seating is limited and reserved specifically for registered attendees.
Photo & Video Release
I understand that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.
By attending, I grant Spa Collab and Esti Collab the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and use my name, image, likeness, voice, and participation for promotional, advertising, educational, marketing, social media, website, and other business purposes in any media now known or later developed.
I understand that I will receive no compensation for the use of these materials and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content.
Marketing Communications
By registering for this event, I consent to receive email and text communications from Spa Collab and Esti Collab regarding this event, future events, promotions, educational opportunities, and related services.
I understand that message frequency may vary and that message and data rates may apply. I may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails or replying STOP to text messages. Transactional communications related to my registration, purchases, or event participation may still be sent as necessary.
Acknowledgement
By submitting my registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions, including the Liability Release, Cancellation & No-Show Policy, Photo & Video Release, and Marketing Communications Consent. I voluntarily agree to all of the above and understand that my electronic submission constitutes my legal agreement to these terms.
